STEP 1: Surface Cleaning

The surface should be completely free from dirt, dust, grease, rust and moisture.

Cover the area that you don’t want to paint with masking tape, paper and/or cloth.


STEP 2: Sand The Surface

Thoroughly sand the surface with Emery Paper 180, so as to remove loose rusts. Wipe clean

STEP 3: Applying Primer

Apply your chosen metal primer, choose according to your corrosion protection requirement, as per their corresponding application procedure.

Ensure adequate drying time for primers as per their product recommendations.
