Reports to keep track of the daily activities on a construction site by the project manager
HAND NOTES
Each member of the project team is expected to keep notes on the project. The hand notes contain summaries of the day's events in the member's own words. They are used to keep track of any daily work activity, conversations, observations or any other relevant information regarding construction activities. It is possible to refer to handwritten notes in the event of a dispute and a handwritten note contains information related to the disagreement. Handwritten notes can be used as evidence in court.
RECORD
Record a record of regular site activities, such as telephone recording, transmission recording, delivery recording and RFI (Request for Information) recording.
DAILY WORK REPORTS (DWR)
Daily work reports are a more official way of recording site information. They contain information which includes the day's activities, temperature and weather conditions, the equipment or material delivered, the visitors to the site and the equipment used on that day. It records by day today
DAILY LABOUR REPORTS (DLR)
A daily labour report Is a form of
attendance for labour. This documents will help for payment for the labour.
Also
list of Labor, PERT CPM are needed for labour planning to complete a project in
time.
