BASIC SPECIFICATIONS TO ADD IN BLOCKWORK BOQ LINE ITEM

BOQ of 150mm thick AAC wall    

Providing and erecting 150 mm thick AAC block masonry walls with Plastering in CM 1:6 on both sides, wall to be finished to receive Plastering/POP/DADO, as appropriate including providing 2 Nos., 6 mm dia. Steel bar at every 3ft level course with 50mm screed concrete, including soaking the bricks in water adequately and drying, scaffolding, curing, rubbing the surface, raking out the joints, etc., complete as directed and specified for walls, parapet, platform supports, etc., at all floor levels.   

      

BOQ of Plastering work

Providing & applying min 12mm thick Cement plaster on the existing wall after surface preparation. including, scaffolding, curing, rubbing the surface, raking out the joints, etc., complete as directed and specified for walls, parapets, platform supports, etc., at all floor levels. 

 

BOQ of Providing and constructing lintel works

Providing and constructing RCC M20 Grade Lintels over Doors and windows. including, scaffolding, curing, rubbing the surface, raking out the joints, etc

 

BOQ of POP Punning

Punning with 6mm to 12mm thick layer applied over the selected existing plastered surface on walls and columns finished smooth, surface prepared by hacking and applying a coat of cement slurry if required including all incidentals, etc. complete.
